Employee motivation is a fascinating topic to discuss because employee motivation generates
enthusiasm with a high level of energy and commitment, demonstrating the creativity an employee
brings to the organization daily, leading to positive employee engagement. A manager should
encourage employees to be excited about coming to work every day and enjoy socializing with you
as their manager and colleagues.
Recruitment of suitable candidates for any job position. This is crucial as hiring the best people will
lead to the success of any business. Finding the right people who will not need to re-motivate
themselves to work is always good. The right person for any job is not necessarily someone with
many years of experience, as experience sometimes comes with a certain amount of arrogance.
Employers have good instincts about whether someone is for the job or not through instincts. The
right candidate for any job is intrinsically motivated because they know why they are there.
Satisfaction minimizes the stress that positively affects productivity. Workers are not always happy
or satisfied in their workplace. Still, it is believed that happy employees provide better customer
service, are more creative, are not likely to quit, and happy employees also make others happier. To
find satisfaction in any job, any employee must choose a job that I love. Job satisfaction is any
physiological, psychological, and environmental combination that causes people to say that they are
happy with their job honestly. Happy employees are proud and fulfilled in their work because they
like what they do.
