Discussion response Micro with APA references

Here is the original discussion post and answer.
Louis Pasteur said, “The role of the infinitely small in nature is infinitely large.” Explain what he meant, using examples of the roles of microorganisms in health, industry, and the environment.
Louis Pasteur once claimed that the “infinitely small in nature has an infinitely large role to play.” What he meant is that microorganisms are important in the big picture. Even though they are small, bacteria are very important in many areas of our lives. For example, microorganisms are essential to the environment. They break down complex organic matter into simpler chemicals that plants can easily take in. Cyanobacteria is one type of bacteria that is very important to the environment (Dvo?ák et al., 2015). They are in charge of turning a lot of the nitrogen in the air into ammonia, which is needed for plants and other living things to grow.
When it comes to health, bacteria are just as important. Our microbiome comprises the many microorganisms that live in our bodies. They help us digest food and keep dangerous bacteria out of our bodies. The gut microbiome is an example of a bacteria important to human health. It helps the body break down food and absorb nutrients, make vitamins like vitamin K and biotin, and trains and control the immune system (Rosen & Palm, 2017). Microorganisms are an important part of a lot of companies, from food and beverages to pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. For instance, Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a type of bacteria that has been changed genetically and is used to make human insulin.

I need a response to this discussion response:
Very nice overview of organisms in the different industries and productive roles. Again, Nice overview… you mentioned about one of the industry products yielded by yeast. However, there are many more impacts of the microbes in the industry and economic output. Can you tell me more about these different types? As far as industry there are so many dependent factors… can you tell us examples of food industry? liquor? pharmaceuticals? agriculture? What did Pasteur bring to the health and food industry himself? Can you tell me how his role was influential?
