Review the following case studies from the David et al. (2020) textbook, and select
one case study to focus your assignment on:
Caesars Entertainment Corporation
Nike, Inc.
General Electric
Note: You will develop an organizational transformation plan for the selected
organization throughout this course.
Scenario: Assume the perspective of an individual employee within the selected
organization who has been recently designated to lead the organizational
transformation. Choose from among the positions identified in your chosen case study
or make up a position that is well-suited to your task.
Consider the following questions as you determine your leadership level:
Are you the CEO or member of the top management team of the organization?
Are you the head of a division or business unit?
Are you a department, function, or program manager?
Write a 3- to 4-page overview that may include both bullet points and narratives,
addressing the following:
Describe the organization, the level of analysis, and the position you hold.
Provide a rationale for your chosen case study and position.
Identify up to 3 drivers of organizational transformation that can be
undertaken at your position within the organization. These may be identified
within the case or through your own additional research.
Include, where appropriate, applicable graphs, charts, tables, and figures, which are
excluded from the page count minimum.
Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.
